balancing life and stuff.
Only recently have I really been able to balance everything. I sort of think it might have something to do with the fact that I'm taking time out in the day for my workout. Since March 1st, I've been working out regularly... like almost daily. It really has helped a lot. I look forward to my time to just tune in my music and go for a walk or workout on the elliptical. I think it was a healthy choice, both mentally, physically. I feel better in the morning, more clear minded... it's amazing that something so simple can really make a difference in your attitude.
